In Pamir Nisanci’s coolly controlled, Kubrick-tinged thriller, Olivia begins to suspect her life has been carefully edited: missing time, redacted records, and a growing sense that the people “helping” her are managing a narrative, not a patient. Midway, a buried memory erupts into brutal clarity. She descends the stairs into a domestic nightmare, witnesses her sister’s execution, and is immediately restrained. Olivia then wakes in a hospital, where an attempted escape ends with security locking her in an empty room. From there, the film tightens into a clinical maze of repetition and surveillance, as Olivia fights toward a truth that everyone insists must remain unnamed.
